Technological Singularity
The Technological Singularity on this site is a hypothetical future when change becomes so rapid that present humans cannot predict or control outcomes. Lincoln's articles discuss Ray Kurzweil, accelerating returns, artificial general intelligence, and momentous risks or transformations into superhumanity. He treats singularity discourse as partly religious ideology while noting reasons he does not identify as a Singularitarian or treat the singularity as automatic salvation.
